        We are looking for an experienced Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and providing general assistance to customers. The successful candidate will be able to multitask and remain professional in all situations.<\/span><\/p>

        Responsibilities:<\/span><\/p>

        • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.<\/span><\/li>
        • Take orders accurately and efficiently.<\/span><\/li>
        • Answer questions about menu items, specials, and prices.<\/span><\/li>
        • Ensure that all orders are prepared correctly and served in a timely manner.<\/span><\/li>
        • Maintain a clean and organized work area.<\/span><\/li>
        • Provide excellent customer service to all guests.<\/span><\/li>
        • Process payments accurately and efficiently.<\/span><\/li>
        • Can open or close the store and be trusted with cash management.<\/span>
          • Pay is $13 Per Hour + Tips<\/span><\/li>
          • Will make $14 Per hour when you are working the late night shift.<\/span><\/li>
          • As a perk you receive your credit card tips in cash the next day.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

            Day\/Night Shift Supervisor<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            I Scream Gelato takes pride in what we do and believes in providing high quality food and services. The shift supervisor should know about the business more than anyone else. The shift supervisor is the authority of their shift and is expected to handle disputes from employees or customers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

            Duties include but are not limited to.<\/span><\/p>

            • Running the day to day activities of the business<\/span><\/li>
            • Managing the front of the house staff<\/span><\/li>
            • Maintain the cleanliness of the store by doing weekly maintenance cleaning.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
            • Keeping the front of the house customer area clean including the bathroom<\/span><\/li>
            • Meeting and exceeding ownership goals<\/span><\/li>
            • Inventory management<\/span><\/li>
            • Keeping equipment clean, filters cleaned and maintained.<\/span><\/li>
            • All tasks are not listed<\/span>
              • Pay starts at $16 Per hour + Tips<\/span><\/li>
              • Credit card tips are paid in cash the next Supervisor shift.<\/span><\/li>
              • Late Night Shift Supervisor is paid $17 Per Hour on the late night shift<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                Creates our authentic Italian sorbet and gelato. kitchen experience preferred. Must be clean, responsible, and very hard working. Have willingness to learn and explore the crafting of high quality Gelato. Must possess the ability to work as part of a team and independently with focus and dedication to the job.<\/span><\/p>

                Duties include but are not limited to:<\/span><\/p>

                • Communicate effectively and directly with the manager<\/li>
                • Compliance with all Food Safety Standards is mandatory<\/li>
                • Work with Front of House to establish and meet standards<\/li>
                • Maintain organization of kitchen, including organization and cleanliness of dry storage, walk-ins, and all the fridges.<\/li>
                • Conduct daily quality checks of products Restocking everything<\/li>
                • Completing the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) Checklist.<\/li>
                • Maintain inventory and work with management on ordering<\/li>
